Select the appropriate qualified safety helmet, but also should be used correctly to play the function of the safety helmet, to ensure the safety of users. The use of safety helmet should pay attention to the following principles:
(1) Before wearing, check whether the accessories of the safety helmet are damaged, whether the assembly is firm, whether the cap lining adjustment part is tightened, whether the socket is firm, whether the rope is fastened, etc. If the distance between the cap lining and the cap shell is not between 25~50mm, adjust it to the specified range with the top rope. Make sure that all parts are in good condition before use.
(2) According to the size of the user's head, adjust the length of the cap hoop to a suitable position (moderate tightness). The safety helmet worn by high-altitude operators should have a chin strap and a back neck hoop and should be fastened to prevent the hat from slipping and taking off.
(3) After the safety helmet is subjected to a large impact during use, regardless of whether the cap shell is found to have obvious cracks or deformation, the use should be stopped and the damaged safety helmet should be replaced. General safety helmet use period does not exceed 3 years.
(4) Safety helmets should not be stored in places such as acid and alkali, high temperature (above 50 ℃), sunlight, humidity, etc., to avoid heavy objects or sharp objects.
(5) the cap shell and the cap lining can be washed with cold water and warm water (below 50 ℃), and can not be baked on the radiator to prevent the cap shell from deforming.
